To be eligible for a return, access to any academic content (course, program, or master’s degree) must not have been used. If you have already started consuming the content, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued. Access must remain intact and unused in its entirety.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or a payment receipt.
Once we receive your return request, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period, depending on the payment processor.

Please note that courses, academic programs, or master’s degrees purchased with a discount are non-refundable under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of promotions before completing your purchase.
