If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.<\/section><section><h2>Return Conditions<\/h2><p>To be eligible for a return, access to any academic content (course, program, or master\u2019s degree) <strong>must not have been used<\/strong>. If you have already started consuming the content, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued. Access must remain intact and unused in its entirety.<\/p><\/section><section><h2>Non-refundable Academic Services<\/h2><ul><li>Access to courses, academic programs, or master\u2019s degrees with digital content that has already been consumed, downloaded, or partially accessed.<\/li><li>Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed.<\/li><\/ul><p>To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or a payment receipt.<\/p><\/section><section><h2>Refunds<\/h2><p>Once we receive your return request, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period, depending on the payment processor.<\/p><\/section><section><h2>Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2><p>If you haven\u2019t received your refund yet:<\/p><ul><li>Check your bank account.<\/li><li>Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.<\/li><li>Check with your bank as processing times may vary.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:admin@dupontegroup.com\">admin@dupontegroup.com<\/a>.<\/p><\/section><section><h2>Discounted Academic Programs and Master\u2019s Degrees<\/h2><p>Please note that courses, academic programs, or master\u2019s degrees purchased with a <strong>discount are non-refundable<\/strong> under any circumstances.
